Your questions
How much do hosting and maintenance cost?
A monthly flat rate, depending on the size and features of the website. It includes hosting, SSL, backups, updates and small changes. Domains are passed on at cost. You receive a clear proposal in advance.
Can I keep my existing domain?
Yes. The domain is either transferred to me or stays with the current provider and is only pointed over. E-mail addresses are kept, the switch happens without interruption.
Where are the servers?
In data centres in the EU, GDPR-compliant. For clients in South Tyrol with guests from Germany, Italy and Austria, load times are short.
What happens if the site goes down?
Monitoring reports outages automatically. I react as quickly as possible, usually within a few hours, and restore the site from backup if needed.
Do you also look after websites built by others?
Yes, after a short technical check. Some systems can be taken over well, for others a rebuild is the better solution. I tell you honestly in advance.
